An educational organisation based in north Bristol is currently recruiting a Finance Manager to join their team. This is a full-time role although candidates looking for reduced hours i.e. 30 hours per week, can also be considered.

Duties will include:
- Manage and mentor a team
- Produce monthly management accounts
- Report and interpret these accounts to the CEO
- Improve systems and processes within the team
- Work closely with HR and payroll ensuring deadlines are met to and queries are resolved
- Statutory accounting and assisting with year end audit
- Maintain accurate financial records to ensure effective running or organisation
Previous experience of working in a senior finance role is essential. The successful candidate will hold a professional accountancy qualification and ideally have worked within education preivously
