A service organisation based in Warmley is currently recruiting a Customer Assurance Manager to join their team.

Duties will include:
- Proactively engage, motivate and coach the customer service department
- Update CRM with complaints and compliments
- Provide regular management information
- Recommend remedial action to mitigate conduct risk
- Develop and maintain the Customer Assurance Plan
- Oversee the implementation of appropriate remedial measures to agreed timescales where deficiencies have been identified
Previous experience of working in a senior administrative/customer service role is essential. The successful must be an excellent communicator and be comfortable using Excel.
