A service organisation based in north Bristol is currently recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Duties will include:
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions
• Liaise and build rapport with customers and suppliers
• Identify and take a proactive role in implementing process improvements for the CRM system and reporting
• Attend monthly sales meetings taking minutes and other administrative tasks
• Assist and support Account Managers
• Order processing
• Dealing with queries
Previous experience of working within an administrative role is essential. The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate string communication skills both face to face and over the telephone.
