A service organisation based in central Bristol is currently recruiting a Sales Support Administrator to join their team.
Working in a newly created role for a growing business, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.
Duties will include:
- Assist Account Managers to deal with daily administration, invoice processing and updating the business’ database
- Liaising with clients to pro-actively improve the services
- Manage telephone and email enquiries
- Scheduling diaries and ad hoc PA duties for Directors
- Develop a detailed understanding of services, customers and capabilities
- Continually seek to raise standards and efficiency across all processes
The successful candidate will have worked in administrative role previously. Strong communication, organisation and IT skills are essential.
