A service organisation in Warmley is currently recruiting a Facilities Administrator to join their team.

Working for a growing business that has a very good reputation within its filed, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.

Duties will include:

  • Manage documentation related warranties, registrations and compliance requirements
  • Handle enquiries from builders, suppliers and customers
  • Process invoices and reconcile statements
  • Assist with quantity surveying queries, ensuring accurate information is provided
  • Track and update progress of projects
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Filing and data entry

The successful candidate will come from a strong administrative background, be well-organised and ideally have some invoicing/payroll experience.
