A financial services organisation in Bath is currently recruiting a Sales Support Manager to join their team.

Duties will include:
• Mentor and oversee Sales Support and Payouts teams
• Develop effective external relationships
• Run credit/land registry searches
• Contact brokers to establish credit approval and compile packages for underwriting team
• Assist and help grow customer base
• Chase and follow up accepted proposals
• Ensure customer account records are kept up to date
• Ensure relevant legislation and guidance is adhered to
• Maintain a commercial view to all proposals and advise accordingly
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and have worked within a customer service-based role previously. Knowledge of asset finance is advantageous.
