A service organisation based in north Bristol is currently recruiting a Customer Support Executive to join their team.
This is a newly created role working for a growing business and is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.
Duties will include:
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Analyse market potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management and customers with reports and KPIs as required
- Qualify opportunities through telephones calls and pass onto Account Managers
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency on excel and report writing is also essential.
