A service organisation in Warmley is currently recruiting an Administrator to join their team.

Duties will include:
- Manage and monitor the overall success of customer care jobs
- Log details onto CRM system
- Arrange follow up engineer appointments
- Check previous days appointments for any outstanding work
- Check end of month valuations
- Collate and analyse timesheets
- Process new build costing onto monthly spreadsheet for finance team
- Ensure any documentation being claimed is actually received
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience of using Microsoft Office and a CRM system is preferable.
