A wholesale business based in Ledbury is currently recruiting a Business Development Executive to join their team

Duties will include:

• Speaking to existing customers, discussing new products and services available
• Identify and onboard new clients
• Create new business through telephone and email campaigns
• Account manage orders, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
• Deal with any customer queries
• Maintain internal dialogue with other departments so orders are processed correctly

The successful candidate will be comfortable dealing with people over the telephone and ideally have worked in a sales-focussed role previously.
