A service organisation based in central Bristol is currently recruiting a Contract Administrator to join their team.
Working for part of a global business that is experiencing year on year growth, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.
Duties will include:
- Deal with contractor queries, this could be on-boarding new starters, contractual related, compliance checks, payment dates and replying to them in a timely manner
- Seeking the information needed from the relevant department to resolve the query
- Responsible for making sure certain documents from contractors have been received
- Liaising with contractors and recruitment businesses on a day to day basis to make sure everything is running accordingly
- Assist with ensuring contractors take home pay is maximised by legitimately claiming tax-reducing business expenses against their earnings
The successful candidate with have previous experience of working within an office and possess very good customer service and communication skills.
