A service organisation based in Frome is currently recruiting an Administrative Audit Assistant to work approximately 25 hours per week.
The role is to cover maternity and is initially for 12 months, working within a friendly team and a financially-sound business.
Duties will include:
- Assist in planning and organisation of internal auditors
- Initiate, develop, track and manage the monthly reports to be submitted by Country Managers
- Ensure all documentation is filed and recorded accurately
- Produce and monitor stock counting reports
- Ensure cross checking of each storage unit’s stock
- Track and record the rotation of all staff by storage unit
The successful candidate must have strong administrative and organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload effectively. Competent Microsoft Office experience is also essential
