A manufacturing organisation based in Emersons Green is currently recruiting an Administration Team Leader to join their team.

Working for a business that operates both in the UK and Internationally, this role is newly created and is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.

Duties will include:

  • Manage and mentor a team
  • Ensure customer services level are maintained to an excellent standard
  • Look at ways to improve efficiencies and processes within the team
  • Deal with logistical and scheduling queries
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure internal relationships are upheld to ensure smooth running of the overall business
  • Assist with recruitment and interviewing

Previous supervisory experience is essential.  The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires demonstrating initiative and leaderships skills.
